Design Sales Manager

As a Business Development Manager at our company located in Mansarovar, Jaipur, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence for our high-end home automation, audio-visual, and lighting solutions. Your role will involve leading sales efforts for our physical and e-stores, establishing and nurturing relationships with architects, designers, and contractors, conducting product demonstrations and presentations, proposing customized solutions, closing deals, and growing revenue. Collaboration with our design and tech teams will be crucial to ensure seamless project execution. You will also be responsible for tracking sales activities using CRM, providing regular reports, attending industry events, and staying updated on market trends. The ideal candidate for this role should be a graduate in business, sales, or marketing with 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the electronics or interiors industries. Strong communication and presentation skills, a proven track record in negotiation and closing deals, self-driven and results-focused mindset, proficiency in CRM/POS software, and willingness to travel within the Jaipur region are essential requirements.
