Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage weekly/monthly design activities for WTP/STP/ETP projects.
Prepare layout, piping GA drawings, RO/UF skids, vessels, tanks, equipment, and face piping.
Execute piping, equipment, and structural design using national & international codes and standards.
Read and interpret tenders; prepare piping and painting specifications.
Prepare technical calculation sheets and coordinate with customers for design approval.
Participate in project/proposal/pre-design/fabrication/QC/ERP/service/customer review meetings.
Supervise and train design team draftsmen, designers, and design engineers.
Perform 3D modeling and design reviews using relevant software tools.
Standardize vessel, RO/UF skid, frontal piping, and tank designs.
Ensure compliance with ISO, U-stamp, and internal/external audits.
Manage drawing control, documentation, and timely submissions.
Conduct team performance appraisals and track design KPIs.
