• Ensure predictable delivery on collection targets by pushing projects into production.
• Collaborate with the central design team—share insights and suggest process/product improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to meet all customer deliverables on time.
• Recruit, coach, and develop strong design talent; reinforce HomeLane values within the team.
  

Requirements

• Minimum

  3-year Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture

  from a reputed institution.

• 5+ years

  of experience in the interior design field.
• Proven

  people management experience

  —must have led designers/architects.
• Team-building exposure is a plus.
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
