Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager to lead our Highways/Roads team in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing highways and roads, with excellent leadership and management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the design of highways and roads projects from conception to completion.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to meet project goals.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in managing highways and roads projects in the Middle East region.
Strong knowledge of transportation infrastructure development, road safety, and environmental impact assessment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as CAD design tools and project management software.
