Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and manage
BOQs, quantity take-offs, and estimates
for all civil and finishing works.
Verify and certify
contractor bills, RA bills, and work orders
.
Coordinate with site teams for
daily/weekly progress quantities
.
Conduct
rate analysis, cost comparison, and budget monitoring
for all projects.
Manage
tendering process
, including floating enquiries, evaluating quotations, and finalizing vendors.
Prepare
material requirement summaries
and ensure cost-effective procurement.
Monitor
project cost vs. budget
and highlight deviations to management.
Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors for
drawings, variations, and approvals
.
Prepare and validate
change orders / variation statements
.
Maintain documentation for
contracts, billing records, and project cost reports
.
Support management in
cost forecasting, planning, and MIS reporting
.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge in
quantity surveying, cost control, tendering, and billing
Expertise in
AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant QS software
Excellent
coordination, negotiation, and analytical skills
Experience in
high-rise buildings / residential / commercial real estate projects
