Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Key Responsibilities

Budget & SAP Management

• Streamline access to SH/PVF budgets for all sites and zones.
• Review and process every budget request from sites; obtain approvals before releasing funds from SH budgets.
• Create and maintain WPS codes for separate items for accurate tracking.
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
• Collaborate with SAP and Finance teams to ensure smooth project accounting and reporting.

BOQ & Cost Control

• Prepare, review, and update BOQs for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Ensure proper segregation of items and accurate cost allocation.
• Maintain cost consistency across multiple projects and zones.

MIS & Record Management

• Develop and maintain MIS reports for all ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Ensure all budgetary, procurement, and project records are accurate, updated, and easily accessible.
• Track project-wise spend, forecast, and variance reporting for management review.

Collaboration & Contract Support

• Work closely with the architectural team to align design decisions with cost planning.
• Assist in commercial contracts, rate analysis, and vendor payment approvals.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely financial approvals and adherence to budget guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Construction Management with QS experience, or Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• 510 years of experience with

  residential real estate developers

  , preferably handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong experience with

  SAP, BOQ preparation, WPS coding, budget approvals, and monitoring

  .
• Proficiency in MS Excel, cost estimation tools, and MIS reporting.
• Knowledge of commercial contracts, procurement procedures, and payment processes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with architects, site teams, and finance teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage data across 5060+ projects efficiently.
