Design Manager

Role Overview: As a Business Manager - Design, you will be responsible for managing the designing process for 12 to 15 projects on a monthly basis with a team of 6 to 10 designers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the productivity and work output of the design team by providing necessary training and facilitating design discussions. Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing the progress of designing projects - Managing the design productivity of the team - Fostering a conducive work environment for the designers - Maintaining a high level of customer experience by ensuring positive feedback on design Net Promoter Surveys Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in B.Arch or B.Interior Design - Additional qualifications such as Masters/Specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management - At least 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer or Project Manager - Proven track record of leading and delivering a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects from inception to completion If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for design management, this role offers you the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the successful execution of diverse design projects.,
