Design Manager ( Aluminum Doors & Windows )

Design Manager Understand product gap and market requirement through direct OR indirect inputs. Execute all NPD projects on given Time and desired cost. Manage Team and guide them to deliver the same. Drive complete development cycle from Scope to final deliver in market. Drive continuous improvement in documentation to support internal Customer. Establish team work among different stack holders to execute projects smoothly. Technically sound to understand material and manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

• Think beyond scope to cater market for future requirements
• Ownership of entire design life cycle of a projects
• Projects planning, review, respect time and committed timelines
• Design team capacity analysis and planning
• Optimized designs as per product requirement
• Work on communization of Components to reduce SKUs in system
• Understand Internal & external Customer requirements
• Align all stakeholders to execute all projects on committed time line and cost
• Timely communication and share Information
• Respect any time committed to internal as well as end Customer
• Lead the NDP team
• Maintain healthy relationship among team (Internal & External)
• Align organizational need and team & individual growth
• Training himself and for team

Skills required:

• Behavioral: Work under pressure, Lead a team to deliver as per requirement
• Functional: Manage day to day work with proper planning for the entire team
• Technical:
• Education BE/B.Tech in Mechanical engineering

• Experience Minimum 8-12 years experience in mechanical Product design (Preferred from Window Industry).

• Good Hands on Solid Works and AutoCAD software
