Design Manager

As a Design Manager at Albatrot, you will play a crucial role in creating design solutions that leave a lasting visual impact. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with client management and copy teams to understand their needs and develop creative ideas and concepts. By choosing the appropriate media and style, you will ensure that the design solutions meet the client's objectives effectively. Your main duties will include coordinating with copywriters and account managers to align on business objectives, interpreting client requirements to develop suitable concepts, and creating design briefs through thorough research. You will be expected to think creatively, produce new ideas, and have a keen understanding of design for web, social media, and various digital platforms. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and InDesign is essential for this role. In addition, you will demonstrate illustrative skills through rough sketches, create and modify fonts in adherence to brand guidelines, and work collaboratively with a diverse team including copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists. Your ability to generate designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on layout principles and aesthetic design concepts will be key to your success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in design.
