Title Design Manager

As a Design Manager at Albatrot, you will be responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. Your role will involve working closely with the client management and copy teams to understand their needs before making design decisions. You will be developing creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives. Your major responsibilities will include coordinating with copywriters or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job, interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose, and developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research. You will need to think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts, have a strong working knowledge of design for web, social media, and other digital platforms, and be adept at using Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and InDesign. As a Design Manager, you will be demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches, creating & modifying fonts according to brand guidelines, and working as part of a team with copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists. You will be responsible for creating designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on your knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field.
