About the Role

Mythik is on the hunt for a Design Lead in the marketing team, who'll act as the focal point of visual universe of the brand. You’ll drive high-impact creatives across brand campaigns and community growth. The role will demand you to be a storyteller, strategist and design thinker all rolled into one.

What You'll Do

● Lead design for 360° campaigns — from concept boards to final assets 

● Craft bold visuals across formats: long-form videos, reels, carousels, motion posters, thumbnails, decks 

● Direct junior/mid designers and external collaborators with clarity and vision 

● Bring AI tools into the design workflow — from concepting to production 

● Interpret scripts, narratives, and briefs into compelling visual systems 

● Stay ahead of platform design trends, motion formats, and cultural cues 

What You Bring

● Min 6–8 years of design experience within advertising agencies is a must 

● Portfolio that shows creative range across digital, social, video, and brand 

● Sharp understanding of social media aesthetics, formats, and evolution 

● Strong sense of visual narrative, hierarchy, and layout 

● Hands-on with tools like Adobe Suite, AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, etc.) 

● Hands on experience with motion design, video editing, films & film shoots will be a huge bonus

● Ability to guide, critique, and elevate creative output in team settings 

● Growth mindset & entrepreneurial attitude.

Bonus

● Experience with cultural, historical, or storytelling brands 

● Motion design or video art direction chops
