Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet project objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management, to deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps for technical projects. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders. Manage project resources, ensuring the right allocation to meet deadlines. Track and manage project progress using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana). Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders. Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and deadlines. Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and potential issues. Risk Management Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively resolve conflicts or technical challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities for all involved. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of technical tasks. Provide leadership in defining the project timeline, technical requirements, and implementation strategies. Quality Assurance Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and requirements. Work with the QA team to plan testing phases, reviews, and releases. Post-Project Review & Continuous Improvement Conduct post-project analysis and retrospectives to gather feedback and improve future project processes. Document lessons learned, and share best practices across the organization. Required Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong background in software development, system integration, or IT infrastructure. Proven experience managing large-scale projects from initiation through delivery. Technical Skills : Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc.). Experience with cloud technologies, databases, APIs, and software architecture. Leadership : Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to influence, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams. Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical solutions. Preferred Qualifications PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications. Experience with Agile frameworks or Lean practices. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
