Job Summary:

Design Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in
concept development
for new carpet and rug collections.
Create
design sketches, patterns, and colorways
using design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, NedGraphics, or similar).
Support the team in preparing
mood boards, trend research, and material references.
Collaborate with the product development team to
translate design concepts into production-ready files.
Contribute to
innovation projects
, exploring new textures, weaves, and sustainable materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

Pursuing or recently completed a
Bachelors/Masters in Textile Design or Fine Arts.
Strong
sense of color, texture, and pattern composition.
Basic knowledge of
carpet weaving techniques
or interest in textile construction.
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent design tools.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
