Design Head -Residential Interiors

Role Overview:

Branch Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of

  1520 members

  including

  Interior Designers

  and

  Sales Executives

  .
• Monitor and drive the team’s performance in both

  design delivery

  and

  sales conversions

  .
• Be actively involved in client engagements—from the

  first consultation

  to

  project closure

  .
• Ensure

  timely achievement of sales targets

  for the branch.
• Provide support to the

  Client Relationship Team

  to help close deals effectively.
• Handle

  client escalations

  with professionalism and resolution-oriented communication.
• Oversee

  design finalizations

  to meet client timelines and satisfaction benchmarks.
• Monitor and ensure

  timely payment collection

  for all active and completed projects
• Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain operational efficiency.

• Note:

  As the Branch Head, you are not required to attend site visits personally.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in team handling, preferably in the

  Interior Design

  or

  Home Improvement

  industry.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end branch operations.
• Strong understanding of sales pipelines, client management, and design processes.
  Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and drive results.
