• 12–18 years of experience in design and development of LT/HT Current Transformers (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of IEC/IS standards for measuring and protection CTs.
• Hands-on experience in magnetic circuit design, core material selection, winding design, and insulation coordination.
• Experience in resin-cast CT design, tool design interface, and manufacturing alignment.
• Experience with type testing, routine testing, and certification processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE/Power Systems preferred).
• Experience in electromechanical product R&D environments or reputed CT/transformer manufacturers.
• Knowledge of process engineering, materials engineering, and tooling for CT production.
• Exposure to Lean R&D, project management, and documentation excellence.
