Design Head (Creative Leadership Role)

📍 Mumbai (Andheri East) | Full-time | 7–15+ years experience

We're building ARQIA, a luxury decorative-glass brand focused on commercial interiors — and I’m looking for a Design Head to lead the entire creative vision.

We’re developing exclusive design collections for:

✨ Elevator lobbies

✨ Office partitions

✨ Wall cladding panels

✨ Corporate boardrooms

✨ Hotel corridors & reception areas

✨ Retail & boutique interiors

✨ Designer doors

This is a founding role with the freedom to create something India has never seen in the glass industry.

🎨 What You’ll Lead

• All Arqia design collections (patterns, textures, gradients, metallics)

• Full-height panel designs & commercial-ready cladding concepts

• AI-driven design workflows (Midjourney, Firefly, SD)

• A growing team: designers, AI artists, render specialists

• Brand visual language, catalogues & presentation systems

• Collaborations with architects & interior studios

This role directly shapes the creative DNA of ARQIA.

🧠 Ideal Background

A design visionary with strong grounding in interior design and surface/material design, preferably from:

• Surface pattern design studios

• Luxury wallpaper/wallcovering brands

• High-end interior product companies (tiles, decorative panels, veneers, laminates)

• Hospitality/commercial interior design studios (design leads)

• Material innovation labs

• Digital/AI surface design environments

Interior Design background is a major advantage.

Experience in building full collections is essential.

• Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

• CorelDraw (mandatory)

• Strong interior design sensibility

• Pattern & texture creation (tileable, scalable, commercial)

• AI tools: Midjourney, Firefly, Stable Diffusion

• Bonus: 3D visualisation (SketchUp/3ds Max + V-Ray)
