Role Overview The Regional Sales Manager – Bangalore will be responsible for driving Institutional and Corporate Project Specifications and Sales for Privetek Smart Glass Solutions. The role demands a strong network within the architectural, PMC, and design-build community, coupled with the ability to present, specify, and close large-scale commercial projects. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. • Drive project specifications by connecting with corporate architects, institutional consultants, PMCs, and design-build firms. • Conduct impactful PowerPoint presentations and live demos to showcase Privetek Smart Glass technologies. • Manage project pipelines from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely conversion and client satisfaction. • Build strong relationships with influencers and decision-makers in the architectural ecosystem. • Coordinate closely with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution. • Provide regular reporting and market intelligence to management. • Represent Privetek at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen the brand’s leadership in the premium glass segment. Candidate Requirements • Education: Graduate in Engineering / Architecture / Business preferred. • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional or corporate project sales within the building materials, glass, façade, or interior solutions industry. • Languages: Excellent English communication (spoken & written) and Kannada fluency mandatory. • Presentation Skills: Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint and client presentations is a must. • Personality: Pleasing personality, strong interpersonal skills, and high professional etiquette. • Work Style: Self-driven, comfortable with fieldwork and hybrid working environments. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong network among architects, PMCs, and corporate clients in Bangalore and Karnataka region.
