Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a LV Switchgear and associated works Design & Estimation Head located in Nagpur. The Design & Estimation Head will be responsible for overseeing the design process, creating detailed design plans, and estimating project costs. Daily tasks include coordinating with engineering teams, conducting research, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of designs. The role involves close collaboration with various departments to meet project requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• Skilled in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Excellent project management and coordination skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus, knowledge of ABB, Schneider products and Solutions will be an added advantage
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
