Design Engineer(Mechanical component design)

• Design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems.

• Should have good exposure to Fabrication and Machining component design.

• Excellent in understanding & Application of GD&T.

• Create technical drawings and models using 3D CAD Software (SolidWorks)

• Selection, design, and development of different Sheet-metal, Fabricated and machining drawings

. • Responsible for ECN as per CFT input.

• Must know understanding of manufacturing line flow, process, and routing of products during BOM preparation.

• Responsible for Current product improvement as per CFT inputs.

• Responsible for the generation of technical documents- Product catalogues, and manuals. • Should be able to complete Product Data Management.

• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure efficient production processes.

• Work closely with CFT i.e. Production, Quality, Service etc.

REQUIREMENT:

• Mechanical Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry as a design engineer.

• Good understanding of large assembly management and Top-down assembly structure

• Proficient in 3D CAD software, such as SolidWorks.

• Should be good hand on documentation Software like MS Office & Google Sheets.

• Willing to work in a very dynamic start-up organization.
