Job Description

Role : Design Engineer

Experience : 4+ years

Location : Bangalore

Work Mode : Work From Office

Key Skills

Diploma or BE in Mechanical engineering
4-7 years of design experience
Experience in heavy or construction machinery industry would be advantageous
At least 4 years of experience in Unigraphics for 3D & 2D

Creation of 3D model designs to meet the defined functional requirements of the product
Good in designing fabricated structural weldment including bolts
Creation of manufacturing drawings including sizing of welds as needed

Experience in AutoCAD for drafting works will be optionally desired
Good experience in Teamcenter
Good Oral & Written Communication in English

Other Skills

Design to be simple, engineered to reduce cost and selecting appropriate materials
Experience in basic design calculations beam bending, stress calculation
Exposure to standards on materials and safety for the design
