Job Title: Design Engineer - MEP BIM Modeler

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India. This Job will be posted at Sanand Just 60 Km far away from Ahmedabad. All Interview will be conducted at Vadodara Location.

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

Experience Level: Minimum 2‑3 years of experience modelling MEP systems in a BIM environment.

Software Experience : Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks Manage for coordination and clash resolution

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed 3D MEP models using Revit MEP, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts using tools such as Navisworks, Revit, or similar platforms, coordinating across disciplines.
• Prepare shop drawings, annotations, schedules, and specifications for MEP systems.
• Implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and maintain modelling standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review model outputs for quality control, accuracy, and compliance with relevant standards.
• Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP engineers to resolve design and constructability issues.
• Maintain organized project documentation and version control for design changes.
• Stay current with BIM tools, standards, and industry trends, including sustainable/smart building practices.

Preferred:

• Strong understanding of MEP engineering principles, construction workflows, and local building codes.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and translate them into coordinated BIM models.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit MEP or equivalent certification.
• Experience using Dynamo, Grasshopper, Rhino, or scripting tools for automation and model workflows.
• Familiarity with BIM 360 / ACC, cloud-hosted workflows, and standardized modeling environments.
• Exposure to sustainable design practices, energy analysis, or green BIM implementations.
