Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Design Engineer to join our Pharma Machinery Design Team. The role involves the design, development, and implementation of processing and packaging machines for pharmaceutical applications — including liquid, granulation, ointment, tanks, and vessels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mechanical design, machine development, and CAD tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of pharmaceutical process equipment for liquid, granulation, ointment, and tanks & vessels.
• Perform detailed engineering design, calculations, and simulations for mechanical systems.
• Select components and materials suitable for pharmaceutical-grade applications in compliance with industry standards.
• Create and review detailed 2D/3D drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks / AutoCAD).
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth design implementation.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation in machine design and automation.

Qualifications

• Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in the design and development of pharmaceutical machinery (Liquid, Granulation, Ointment, Tanks & Vessels).
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics.
• Hands-on experience in pharma process and packaging equipment design.
• Familiarity with automation and control systems used in processing machinery.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks / AutoCAD / similar CAD software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical machinery manufacturing.
• Knowledge of packaging technologies for liquid and viscous products.

Understanding of granulation technologies for powder processing.
