Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our Product Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing gym and fitness equipment using 3D modeling tools, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient product designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new fitness equipment and improve existing designs.
• Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed 2D drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).
• Conduct stress analysis, load testing, and tolerance studies to ensure product strength and safety.
• Collaborate with the production, R&D, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical documentation for production.
• Work closely with vendors for prototype development and validation.
• Continuously research and implement new design trends, materials, and technologies in the fitness domain.
• Ensure designs comply with company standards and international fitness equipment safety norms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
