Description
We are hiring for one of our leading client for Design Engineer - Electromechanical for Pune location. Experience - 2+ Years CTC - Upto 12 LPA (25% to 30% of hike from the current ctc) Location - Pune Must have experience in Electro-mechanical products like Circuit schematic, Power distribution unit, Busbar, connector, High voltage component design, contactor, fuses, relay, fuse box, junction box, battery component, battery design, sensor, charging solution, charge inlet, Battery busbar module, cell connection system, Protector, Trough. JD A sound knowledge of computer aided design (CAD) software, technical drawings and 3D modelling using (Solid Works /Catia V5/ NX) 3D software Module Knowledge : Solid Modeling/Sheet Metal/ Assembly/Surfacing An excellent grasp of engineering and design principles A knowledge of the qualities of metals and other materials Excellent communication and negotiation skills An understanding of manufacturing processes and construction methods Ability to plan and organize through several project stages An appreciation of wider business demands An awareness of the environmental impact of design ideas Product Design & Development (NPD- New Product Development Cycle) Knowledge of DFMEA, GD&T, Tolerance Stack Up etc. Having knowledge in component Manufacturing (Injection Molding, Stamping, Casting, Machining etc.) & Assembly processes Awareness of Circuit Schematic Awareness of Product Validation (DVP) Awareness of automotive standards Roles & Responsibilities New Component Concept & design for BEC (Bussed Electrical Center)/Fuse or Relay Box/Protector/Channel/ Trough etc. Report to the senior mechanical design engineers and report to the company regarding the status of each project Use CAD and 3D CAD programs to plan the mechanical design projects Participate in Design Review & Validation for the New Product Development. Make Presentations for various requirements. Design and Development of plastic, Die cast, sheet metal and Rubber Automotive Reverse Engineering, Technical Support. Detailing of the products for final Part and Tool manufacturing. Part Modeling, Surfacing, Assembly and Drafting, and Draft Analysis Mechanical Design Calculations. Document preparation like Handling Manual, Product standard, design intension Preparation of DFMEA & Tolerance Analysis Undertake continuous training and development
