Preferred candidate profile

Service Agreement : 3 Years
CAD Software : CATIA V5 , Hands-on experience on Catia/UGNX software must (1 years minimum ) (Proficient )
Exposer: Design of Exterior Trim /Interior Trim ( Bumper assembly / Instrument Panel/ Door Trim/Pillar Trim/Side Cladding.)
Technical Knowledge : Product Design with the mix knowledge of Tooling and development.( Knowledge of Master section /Assembly/ Gap Condition / Regulation/ Slider-Lifter movement/Parting surface/ Shutoff etc.)
Domain : ( Automotive Plastic -product Design)
Product knowledge on: Head Lamp, Tail Lamp, Bumper Assy. Door Trim, Instrument Panel, Pillar Trims, Side cladding, OSRVM and IRVM Mirror (four wheeler segment only).Under Body plastic parts.
Tooling Knowledge: Working of Slider/Lifter, tooling feasibility, Draft analysis, Injection Mould manufacturing defects and its possible solution
Basic Knowledge: A surface, B surface, Boolean operation , Mounting Features, Assembly feature , Gap condition analysis, Assembly feasibility analysis, Reverse Engineering on plastic product
About CATIA V5: Good command on Generative shape design module, Assembly module, Drafting module
