1) Design and detailing of the heat exchangers (Radiator / Intercoolers / Condensers / Evaporators/ Heaters / Oil coolers etc.) with accuracy level of 100%
2) Interaction with customer to understand the needs with the delivery rating of 100%
3) Interactions with Cross Functional Team (customers / suppliers / manufacturing / QA) to speed up developmental activities as a proactive action.
4) Coordinating design releases following standard APQP processes
5) Defining DVP and doing DFMEA
1) Pre and post processing for structural Analysis with proper input from designers for load setting and material properties.
2) Supporting designers to improve designs and making CAE reports
3) Work on new technologies. Develop algorithms for calculation.
4) Co-ordinating simulations with outsourced activities.
