About the Role

Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Develop 3D designs and detailed engineering drawings.
Prepare Plant Layout, equipment layouts, P&IDs, and structural / mechanical design.
Work collaboratively with project and site teams to deliver engineering solutions.
Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, codes and project specifications.
Coordinate with vendors for Collection of drawing, update plant layout with vendor drawing.
Perform design modifications and updates as required during the project commissioning.
Support engineering calculations, material selection, and BOM preparation.

Required Skills & Software Expertise

3D Design Skills:
Strong knowledge of 2D & 3D design & modelling.
Software Proficiency:

SolidWorks
AVEVA E3D
CATIA
AutoCAD (2D & drafting)
MS Office (basic proficiency)

Strong understanding of process plant design, material handling equipment design, and project engineering.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates with experience in the following sectors will be preferred:

Process Industry
CBG / Renewable Energy
Material Handling Industry
EPC or Industrial Project Engineering

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Design Engineering or equivalent discipline.
Minimum
5 years of relevant experience
in 2D & 3D design and engineering for industrial projects.
