Design Director (FMCG Focused)

What you’ll do:

• Provide creative leadership by leading design teams and creative projects. Guide and direct to deliver the very best strategy and design for our clients and work with Creative Directors and fellow Design Directors to establish future creative vision.
• Responsible for the quality of product, and appropriateness of solution(s), from initial creative briefing to internal crit sessions, through to preparing client presentation materials, refinements, design implementation and design craft and overall production accuracy.
• Leads creative critiques and uses personal expertise to draw out the best possible creative ideas to deliver against design/brand strategy, while also providing ongoing direction of the assigned design team and the selection and/or refinement of the final creative solution.
• Introduces the concepts of time and ‘fit for purpose’ delivery of creative solutions.
• Ensures creative teams’ delivery creative solutions to deadlines and within the scope of the budget.

What you’ll need:

• Ability to work on Singapore Time (SGT).
• Previous experience in a similar role within a branding/design agency leading cross-discipline teams.
• The ability to demonstrate creative impact and skills to manage the complete delivery of projects.
• Outstanding technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat).
