Design Cum Sales Application Engineer

Position: Sales Application Engineer Location: Magadi road, Bangalore, India (Avante India) Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Application Engineer to join our team. The role involves preparing technical shop drawings, developing commercial o􀆯ers, and providing technical support to the Sales and Project teams. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between factories, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities:  Prepare technical shop drawings using AutoCAD and provide technical inputs for project proposals and commercial o􀆯ers.  O􀆯er technical support and coordination between factories, customers, and internal teams.  Collaborate with the Dubai Design Team, Project Team, and Sales Team to ensure smooth execution of projects.  Provide accurate and timely reporting, including monthly activity reports to the Manager.  Ensure compliance with customer requirements while maintaining high technical and commercial standards. Requirements  Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.  Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD (experience in professional kitchens or HVAC systems will be an advantage).  Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS O􀆯ice is essential.  Strong written and spoken English; additional language skills are an asset.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.  Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.  Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with international teams.  Flexible, trustworthy, and goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
