Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description: We are hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer for a reputed Dubai-based sheet metal fabrication company that also operates from Bengaluru. Selected candidates will work from Bengaluru and will be sent for a 2-month training program to Dubai. Based on performance during training, candidates may be offered an extended role or permanent position in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who want to enhance their international exposure in fabrication design and gain hands-on learning with global standards. Responsibilities: Design and detailing of sheet metal and SS fabrication components. Prepare assembly drawings, fabrication drawings, and bill of materials (BOM). Work on SolidWorks and AutoCAD for 2D and 3D modeling. Coordinate with the production team to ensure design feasibility. Understand manufacturing processes, welding, and bending concepts. Ensure design accuracy and cost-effectiveness. Requirements: Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in fabrication design. Software Skills: Strong in SolidWorks and AutoCAD (hands-on experience mandatory). Must have good knowledge of sheet metal fabrication concepts (SS 304 preferred). Valid Passport is mandatory (for Dubai travel). Male candidates only (due to site training & travel requirements). Good communication and technical documentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Salary & Benefits: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & performance). Travel and accommodation during Dubai training will be handled by the company. International exposure and training on advanced fabrication projects.
