Job Description

Design & Production

Develop designs and technical drawings for manufacturing equipment.
Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and ensure accuracy in costing and procurement planning.
Coordinate with the production team to manufacture equipment as per design specifications.
Provide technical guidance and resolve on-floor issues during production.
Ensure quality standards and timelines are maintained.

Sales & Marketing Support

Assist in presenting technical details to clients and handling product demonstrations.
Support sales team in converting leads into orders.
Build relationships with customers and provide post-sales technical support when needed.

Factory Operations & Administration

Manage daily operational activities at the factory.
Maintain production records, stock registers, and documentation.
Monitor material usage and maintain proper records for audit/compliance.
Ensure smooth coordination between design, production, and dispatch.

Qualification:

Experience:

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and BOM preparation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a start-up environment.
