Key Responsibilities: Multidisciplinary Design Coordination Lead coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure integrated, clash-free, and buildable designs throughout all project phases. Drawing Review & Compliance Review all concept, schematic, GFC, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy, design intent, and compliance with IS codes, local authority regulations, and project requirements. BIM/AutoCAD Oversight & Documentation Control Ensure all drawings are developed in AutoCAD/Revit (as applicable), are GFC-level, and align with BIM execution standards. Maintain version control across design packages. Design Development & Value Engineering Evaluate DBRs, design schematics, and technical specifications. Provide design inputs and value engineering options in consultation with consultants and internal stakeholders. Tender & Technical Package Support Oversee preparation and review of BOQs, technical specifications, and tender drawings. Coordinate with consultants to resolve vendor queries and finalize packages. Construction Interface & Site Support Collaborate with site teams to clarify design intent, resolve RFIs, and monitor construction to ensure design adherence. Participate in periodic site reviews and issue reports. Stakeholder & Authority Coordination Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, clients, and authorities to ensure design deliverables align with planning approvals, safety norms, and statutory compliance.
