Design Coordinator

About the Role:

• The Design Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the execution of design projects from conception to completion.
• They will work closely with designers, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that design projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Coordination:

• Client Liaison:

  Serve as the main point of contact between the design team and clients, ensuring that client requirements are understood and met.

• Design Support:

  Assist the design team with creating presentations, design mockups, and project documentation.

• Team Collaboration:

  Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.

• Quality Control:

  Review designs and deliverables for accuracy and consistency before presentation or production.

• Budget Management:

  Help monitor project budgets and ensure that design projects stay within financial constraints.

• Timeline Management:

  Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.

• Administrative Tasks:

  Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and reports.
