Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai, for a Design Architect. The Design Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing construction drawings, and managing design processes to meet project requirements. The role involves coordinating with clients and teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining high standardsThe ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who isable to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. Thiscandidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all stepsrelated to project completion and diligently communicatewith necessary people to ensure timely execution. Thiscandidate should also be able to conduct qualityassurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensureregulations are being followed.Responsibilities• Create plans and drawings which clearly outlinearchitectural design of project• Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science andmaterials in order to create ideal finished product• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work andadherence to safety standards.Oversee and make recommendations throughout entireconstruction process• Collaborate with various teams in order to establishgoals, schedules and budgets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.+6 to 9 years of experience in construction andarchitecture design. Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills‣ Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit/sketchup•presentation drawings• coordination with required consultant
