Duties and responsibilities : Business Development and Channel Partner Management • Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets through B2B and B2C sales calls. Job Description Job title Architect Reports to Head of Design Job purpose To support the Design and Architecture department for all current and future projects of the company. Duties and responsibilities • Survey the environment to keep abreast of trends and best practices in the area of architecture & engineering in the Real Estate industry, nationally and internationally; Provide inputs to superiors for developing appropriate strategies to address / incorporate the same in Chandak Group • • • Maintain a global Design Consultant / Architect / Service Consultant database; Periodically update the same through continuous research and market scanning Liaise and build relationships with design consultants / architects / service consultants (existing and new) to ensure cost effective and preferential services for Chandak Group.
