Design Architect

You will be joining NEO19 Collaborative as a full-time Design Architect based in Pune. With a collective experience of 40+ years, NEO19 Collaborative is a Design Consultant and Building Services Advisory, PMC Consultant, and D&B Executors operating across various sectors of building construction. As a Design Architect, your primary responsibility will involve designing, planning, and overseeing Industrial/Commercial design and construction projects to meet the specific requirements and budget constraints of clients. Collaborating closely with project managers, Allied Services engineers, and contractors is essential to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects. While being stationed at the Pune headquarters, you will also be required to undertake frequent site visits. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Your architectural expertise and design skills will play a crucial role in shaping the projects. Attention to detail, spatial awareness, and proficiency in various software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or Photoshop, and the Microsoft Office Suite are necessary. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is a prerequisite, along with proven experience in architecture with a focus on design and project management. Additionally, organizational and time management skills will be beneficial as you handle multiple projects concurrently.
