Design and Marketing Operations Manager

The Design and Marketing Operations Manager role at Ramboll in Chennai offers you an exciting opportunity to utilize your skills in structure and processes to enhance the performance of our Brand, Design, and Marketing teams. Your primary focus will be to manage a team of 32 multidisciplinary employees across 4 teams and ensure smooth daily operations. By collaborating closely with the management teams in Denmark, you will contribute to delivering high-quality solutions to the company and support the global Brand, Marketing, and External Communication team. Your responsibilities will include providing day-to-day support to team members, managing performance reporting, optimizing delivery processes, overseeing the utilization of systems such as ServiceNow, HubSpot, and Kontent AI, and facilitating collaboration across and within teams. Your role will also involve setting objectives aligned with business goals, managing stakeholders, and supporting individual team members" growth and development. To excel in this role, you should hold a Master's degree in business or project management with a specialization in brand, marketing, or communication. You should have at least 5-10 years of managerial experience, including 5+ years in international delivery centers, and a background in global project management. Proficiency in English communication and experience with tools like MS Office, ServiceNow, and PM-systems are crucial, while familiarity with systems like HubSpot, Kontent AI, Templafy, or Frontify is advantageous.
