Design and Estimation Manager

As a Design and Estimation Manager at SIEMAC Automation Pvt. Ltd., your role is crucial in leading the development of high-quality proposals for LT/ HT Switchgear Panels and turnkey solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead proposal development: Oversee the development of technically accurate and compliant proposals, ensuring timely submission. - Manage electrical proposal teams: Lead cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals, including engineers, designers, and writers. - Develop proposal strategies: Create effective proposal strategies to win new business by identifying key differentiators and competitive advantages. - Collaborate with sales and business development: Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities, develop proposal plans, and pursue new business. - Ensure compliance with customer requirements: Verify that proposals meet all customer requirements, regulations, and industry standards. - Manage proposal budgets and timelines: Ensure proposals are delivered on time and within budget by managing budgets and timelines effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in proposal management, preferably in the electrical engineering and contracting industry. - Strong technical knowledge of electrical panels (LT, HT, TTA, VFD, etc.). - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic thinking ability.,
