Role Description

The Dermatology Clinic Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. The manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic functions. Responsibilities include managing patient appointments, supervising staff, handling budgeting and financial operations, providing International customer coordination and exceptional customer service, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The manager will lead team training initiatives, maintain medical records, and ensure excellent communication with patients and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills in International Clients
• Experience in Budgeting and financial operations
• Knowledge of Medicine and relevant medical procedures
• Proficiency in Training and staff development
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a dermatology or healthcare setting is beneficial
