As Deputy Store Manager at Bvlgaris prestigious Mumbai boutique at JWP, assist in elevating store performance, ensuring luxury client experiences, and leading boutique operations to the highest standards. proudly act as a brand ambassador, supporting both commercial excellence and the cultural refinement that defines the Maison.

Mission

To support the Boutique Manager in optimizing business performance and profitability by driving excellence across:

Business Development Team Leadership and Motivation Operational Excellence Clienteling-CRMOperate independently when needed, ensuring continuity in leadership and consistently upholding Bvlgaris luxury standards in client experience, team culture, and store operations.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentDrive individual sales targets and support store-wide growthLead proactive selling strategies both inside and outside the boutiqueMaintain strong awareness of market dynamics and competitionIdentify trends and develop action plans to capitalize on opportunitiesAssist in reporting, data analysis, and interpreting KPIs including revenue, expenses, and competitionTeam LeadershipMotivate, coach, and support team engagement under the guidance of the Store ManagerConduct training on service standards, product knowledge, grooming, and CRMAddress and resolve team concerns and requests professionallySupport the onboarding and induction of new team membersPlan daily huddles and identify team development needsOperations ManagementEnsure boutique operations reflect brand standards and guidelinesManage team scheduling and annual leave to ensure full coverageCoordinate inventory processes and liaise with sales Admin and support teamsOversee store maintenance and liaise with Instore Sales Admin.Identify operational issues and propose client- and business-oriented solutionsClienteling & Client ExperienceDeliver memorable, personalized experiences for all clientsChampion Bvlgaris selling ceremony, upselling, and cross-selling best practicesBuild long-term client relationships and drive loyalty initiativesLead and implement creative clienteling strategies with the teamTechnical SkillsDeep knowledge of the luxury businessHigh-level selling and coaching skillsStrong conversational and interpersonal communicationIn-depth understanding of store processes and operationsExpertise in CRM tools and store systems including Beanstore, SAP, and othersSoft SkillsClient focusProactive selling approachInitiative and accountabilityStrategic action planStrong business awarenessRole-based competencies and leadership presence
