Job Description

Key responsibilities

Sales and Team Management:
Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets for financial products like secured business loans, home loans, and personal loans.
Sales Operations:
Manage a network of DSAs (Dealer Sales Agents), conduct field visits, and handle the end-to-end sales process for securing new business.
Customer Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
