Job Summary

The role involves driving sales of Secured Business Loans in the Kolar region through effective relationship management, market expansion, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in secured lending products and field sales, along with the ability to manage DSAs and deliver consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and grow business for

  Secured Business Loans

  through direct sourcing and channel management.
• Manage and onboard

  DSAs/Connectors

  to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Conduct regular field visits to source customers and ensure high conversion rates.
  
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable secured loan products (Mortgage Loans, LAP Loans, Home Loans).
  
• Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
  
• Ensure proper documentation, credit checks, and compliance for all secured loan files.
  
• Work closely with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
  
• Track competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve market position.
  
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high-quality sourcing.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
  
• 27 years of experience in

  Secured Loans / Mortgage Loans / LAP Loans / Home Loans

  .
• Strong knowledge of secured lending processes and local market dynamics.
  
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Experience in

  Field Sales

  and

  DSA Handling

  is mandatory.
• Ability to work under targets and deliver consistent performance.
  
• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in NBFCs or Banks in secured loan verticals.
  
• Knowledge of local market geography and customer profiles.
  
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
