Job Description

As a candidate for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, which would be advantageous for this position. You should possess at least 3+ years of experience in sales and customer service, as it is considered desirable. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be beneficial for this role. Fluency in Malayalam and English is required. Additionally, you should have decent knowledge of MS Office and other everyday software. Your exceptional customer service attitude and strong communication skills will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Mandatory external extra hour movements such as site visits with clients - Visiting clients" offices/residences for project presentations - Timely and orderly submission of reports Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in sales and customer service - Good command over Malayalam and English - Decent knowledge of MS Office and other everyday software - Exceptional customer service attitude and communication skills Please note that the company provides food and offers a yearly bonus as part of the benefits.
