Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and generate business for Home Loans and Loan Against Property through open market channels and DSA connectors.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle including prospecting, lead generation, and loan disbursement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and other business partners.

  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets for loan products.

  • Handle loan ticket sizes ranging from 5 Lakhs to 1 Crore.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and customer segments.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and customer service standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Experience: 1+ year in Home Loans / Loan Against Property sales.

  • Age: Up to 34 years.

  • Education: Graduation is mandatory (any stream).

  • Experience: Proven track record in open market sales and DSA handling.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to achieve sales targets under deadlines.
