Deputy Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of

  unsecured business loans

  through field sales, direct channels, and partner networks.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets.
  
• Identify customer requirements and provide tailored loan solutions.
  
• Ensure complete loan processing including documentation, KYC verification, and disbursement.
  
• Develop strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
  
• Track competitor offerings and market trends in assigned locations.
  
• Maintain compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory norms.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan approval and customer experience.
  
• Mentor and support sales executives (if applicable) in achieving team targets.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
  

• Age:

  35 years

  .

• Minimum 2 years of experience

  in sales of unsecured loan products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Unsecured Credit).
• Strong knowledge of credit policies, customer evaluation, and loan processing.
  
• Proven record in

  field sales

  with target achievements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage customer portfolios independently and drive business growth.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
