Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day production activities and manpower allocation.
Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and safety norms.
Monitor production KPIs and drive process optimization.
Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Planning teams for smooth operations.
Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

B.Sc./B.Tech/M.Sc. in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering.
10 years’ experience in API or Specialty Chemicals production.
Strong knowledge of GMP, EHS, and regulatory compliance.
Leadership & team management skills.
