Deputy Production Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

5.1 To plan and execute production as per the validated parameters.

5.2 To monitor the process trend rates based on the online inspection reports and initiate corrective actions, if required.

5.3 To prepare Daily, weekly & monthly reports and submit the same to Department Head/ manager.

5.4 To ensure the effective machine utilization and resources available.

5.5 To co-ordinate with supporting departments for smooth functioning of the plant and machinery.

5.6 To check and ensure if the compounded latex releasing to dipping line shall be in accordance with the specifications.

5.7 To ensure the process solutions and intermediate solutions is being prepared as per procedure and release.

5.8 To Conduct and maintain Induction training for new joiners.

5.09 To ensure if the testing and process instructions are being followed by the supporting production staffs.

5.10 To continuously monitor and identify potential non-conformances in the process and take corrective action and preventive action to eliminate quality defects.

5.11 To perform cost reduction in production related activities.

5.12 To train the subordinates with respect to production activities.

5.13 To coordinate in validation of process parameters and equipment.

5.14 To Ensure 5s activities, Kaizen /OEE are followed periodically.

5.15 To ensure GMP / Housekeeping activities inside the production area.

5.16 To ensure the Skill Analysis for all employees.

5.17 Such other assignments the management may give from time to time.

5.18 Ensure Medical Emergency for employees co-ordinate with HR department.

Secondary Responsibilities

5.19 To ensure the requirement of ISO9001, ENISO13485, ISO 14001 CE Mark, USFDA, as amended and other applicable National, International standards and Regulation are implemented and maintained.

5.20 This job description is subject to change by the management to suit changing requirement from time to time.
