Role Overview: Join the fast-growing Oncology team as a Deputy Product Manager and contribute significantly to the advancement of cancer care in India. As part of your role, you will be tasked with executing brand strategies, spearheading impactful promotional campaigns, enhancing digital engagement, and empowering the field force to achieve business goals. Your close collaboration with oncologists, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and cancer care centers will be crucial in bolstering the portfolio's presence and enhancing patient outcomes. Reporting directly to the Sr Marketing Manager, you will oversee the Oncology product portfolio, encompassing both Innovator and Generic products. Key Responsibilities: - Develop robust brand plans with measurable KPIs to drive market share growth and enhance brand positioning. - Design annual and long-term marketing strategies that align with corporate objectives. - Conduct assessments of the competitive landscape and identify unmet needs in oncology therapy areas. - Manage product lifecycle strategies from pre-launch to post-patent phases. - Collaborate with medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure successful brand initiatives. - Implement lifecycle extension strategies to maximize the potential of products. - Utilize sales data, market research, and physician insights to optimize marketing strategy. - Stay updated on competitor activities, emerging therapies, and market dynamics in oncology. - Foster strong relationships with oncologists, KOLs, and healthcare professionals. - Support medical education initiatives, Continuing Medical Education (CMEs), and advisory boards to enhance scientific engagement. - Develop innovative promotional campaigns across digital, in-clinic, and scientific platforms. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all marketing activities. - Execute brand strategies in alignment with the field force. - Design and implement integrated campaigns across digital, on-ground, and scientific platforms. - Collaborate with agencies and vendors to deliver impactful initiatives. - Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and competitive environment; recommend necessary actions. - Oversee promotional budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation. - Provide timely product insights, scientific updates, and promotional tools to the sales team. - Support partnerships with oncologists, medical societies, and cancer care institutes. - Conduct regular field visits to capture customer feedback and strengthen execution. - Ensure compliance of all marketing activities with company policies and industry guidelines. - Collaborate with Medical, Legal, and Compliance teams for content review and approval. - Conduct risk assessments for marketing programs and support mitigation strategies. - Adhere strictly to local regulatory requirements in brand communications. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. - Mandatory: MBA in Marketing from a Tier 1 B-School. - Minimum of 3 years of product management experience in oncology or other specialty therapy areas. - Prior experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company is strongly preferred. - Strong understanding of the Indian oncology market, treatment protocols, and competitive landscape. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix-driven environment.,
