Deputy Mgr - Launch Manager role with good in

Role:

(Plant Program Manager and SPOC for outside world)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare request for PIC, quotes and institute technical feasibility study.
• Work out for process costings with the help of customer group, IE and COCs (Center of competency team)
• Launch the Program on time (Quality and Delivery) as per Customer Specific requirements.

Key Accountability Statement

• To study the

  Manufacturability of the product and confirm the feasibility.

• Estimation of

  manufacturing cost, getting quotes, confirmation of feasibility study and PICs

  (Perfect Input Costs).

• Estimate investment, BWS and launch cost estimate

  and adherence to budget.

• Monitor program cost, plan vs. Actual

  (Approved and spend throughout the stages till program development).
• Preparation of

  funding request (PAR)

  and

  submission for approval.

• Prepare the

  Launch Readiness Summary report and follow PLRC (Plant Launch Readiness Checklist) and proactive escalations & Problem solving via RIO

  (Risk / Issues / Opportunities)

• Meetings outcome related to Mfg. Launch

  and update the G/Y/R status in project team report for internal and leadership review.

• Development and monitor overall program

  schedule plan (timeline) for manufacturing activities.

• Track and monitor the launch milestones as per VPDS and VBOS

  and ensure

  PPAP documentation followed as per Safe launch plan

  .
• Tract

  Return on Investment, EBITDA, IRR in an on-going basis and follow eProj / eFin

• To implement

  4M analysis, understand root cause in terms of problem. Document the process flow, PFMEA, control plans and instructions complete till part II of SCIF.

• Coordinate prototype and launch built activities at the plant (development, DV, pilot and serial production)

  . As agreed in sample delivery plan and complete Gauge R&R studies.
