Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking a Deputy Manager/Manager Production. Candidates in the age group of 30-45 with Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Production / Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering having minimum 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Production Operations, Printing, Quality Control, Team handling etc.

Planning and organizing production schedules.
Responsible for maintaining production.
process Control & manpower management
Process & system audit of plating plants.
Reduction in downtime of machines.
Process Quality control and Customer satisfaction.
Demonstrated Leadership, Decision-making, Team work and Organizational skills.
5s Activity, ISO/ IATF Standard Experience.
Liaising with buyers and internal team members.
Organizing relevant training sessions.
Acquire and maintain hourly, daily and monthly production data.
Liaise closely with all departments on fulfilling delivery requirement.
Hands-on required at times

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma/Bachelor degree in Production / Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering with Minimum of 5 years of experience.
Knowledge of Computer.
Good mathematical skills.
Able to apply written instructions to planning tool development.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
High level of analytical and problem solving skills.
Familiarity with team building techniques.
Own conveyance is mandatory with valid license.
Age limit 30 to 45.
